All orders are shipped from Paris, France.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via:

  • FedEx

  • GEODIS

If these carriers cannot deliver to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative carrier.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to European Union countries.

For shipping outside the EU, please contact us at service@surmoto.com before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to all EU destinations.

There are no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For EU deliveries: No customs duties or import taxes — all are covered by us.

  • For non-EU deliveries: Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order through your Shopify account.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at service@surmoto.com

  • If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it or issue a full refund

Shipping Restrictions

  • A signature is required upon delivery

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • For safety reasons, batteries are shipped in compliance with all applicable transport regulations
