30-Day Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The motorcycle must be unused and in original condition

  • Mileage must be less than 10 km

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documents must be included

  • The product must show no signs of damage, scratches, or modification

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any product that has been ridden (beyond 10 km)

  • Products damaged by misuse or accident

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Batteries (once charged and used)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at service@surmoto.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping address (Paris, France)

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays for return shipping — We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurring during return transit.

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your ordered products arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photo/video evidence

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund

  • Once shipped, the standard return policy applies
